Too much inventory results in additional storage costs, higher cost of goods and obsolescence. Too little inventory means interrupted order processing and dissatisfied customers. Our system ensures that your inventory is kept at optimal levels, while improving response times.
TFS reports on all receipts, quantity adjustments and shipments of goods for accurate inventory reporting. Every item is tracked from receipt to shipment with inventory balances maintained through real-time updates for instant viewing by the client. We also work with each client to determine minimum replenishment levels, and our system automatically alerts us when your inventory reaches its re-order point.
Inventory control procedures and reports are customized for each client’s specifications and needs. We rely on periodic physical inventories and/or routine cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory reporting.
